• John Quincy Adams (July 11, 1767 – February 23, 1848), sixth President of the United States.
• Charles Adams (May 29, 1770 – November 30, 1800), died of alcoholism.
  
• Thomas Boylston Adams (September 15, 1772 – March 13, 1832), he married Ann Harrod of Haverhill and the couple produced seven children in only eleven years.
  

Not shown in the miniseries:

• Grace Susanna “Suky” Adams (28 December, 1768 – 4 February 1770), called Suky by her father who adored her much.
• Elizabeth Adams, born stillborn in 1777.
